Foods held its 8th Annual Carcase Competition from Jan
25th - Jan 29th with a prize fund of over €6,000.
The
Carcase Competition is symbolic of the close relationship Slaney
Foods has with its farmer suppliers...proof to our customers of our
commitment to quality.
The
final judging was carried out by Mr. Bruno Van Regemorter, from
Belgium, Senior Beef Buyer for Metro Cash and Carry International.
The quality of cattle presented during the week reflected a very high standard with the quality of heifers being exceptional.
